The Consulate of the Republic of Armenian is a Very Busy Place

GLENDALE — the Consulate General of the Republic of Armenia in Los Angeles is a very busy office. Located in Glendale at 1000 North Central Ave, Suite 200 in Glendale, California, the consulate serves the very large Armenian Community, locals as well as those who have emigrated from Armenia.

The consulate employs nine people with various positions.

The consulate plans for this year are:

January 28th, Armenia’s Army Day celebration in Glendale.

In March there will be a food festival.

On May 20th, the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra Banquet under the auspices of the consulate.

Award ceremony to honor the best American journalist and select Man of the Year.

Tourism and book fair.

On September 21st, it will celebrate the 20th anniversary of Armenian’s independence.
